Barry Ware is the Principal Broker of Aina Real Estate Group LLC, bringing deep local knowledge, operational experience, and a long-term ownership perspective to the West Maui real estate market.
Barry has called West Maui home for 17 years and has been a licensed real estate professional in the State of Hawaii since 2015. He also brings more than 12 years of experience in property management, giving him a unique understanding of both the transaction side of real estate and the long-term realities of ownership, maintenance, and property value.
Barry specializes in West Maui condo communities and luxury oceanfront properties, where a deeper understanding of buildings, operations, and long-term stewardship plays a major role in protecting and enhancing property value.
